Gift Vouchers 
Gift Vouchers are available at Ada Ray.  Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the 6 months validation period. 

Cancellations & Deposits 
We understand that circumstances can change resulting in you needing to alter or cancel your appointment.  We require 24 hours notice to alter or cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.  

Appointments will require a deposit to confirm the booking.  If you do not show or cancel before 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.
